1. 多肽纯度 Purification:  

  Crude(粗肽), desalted(脱盐), >70%, >80%, >85%, >90%, >95%, or >98% purity.

1. 交货时间 Turnaround Time:

  普通多肽（30aa以内）在1-2周内交货，特殊氨基酸和修饰类多肽相应顺延。

1. 产品报告Report：

交货时将附HPLC,MS以及COA。如有特殊检测需求，请提前告知。

1. 保密性 Confidentiality：

为保护客户多肽项目的机密性，我们将在项目开始前与客户双方签订保密协议。

   3. 订单完成并检验合格后，通知客户发货时间和运单号码。随货附上产品检测报告,HPLC,MS 等。

服务流程 Procedures:

1.客户确定合成数量，纯度及修饰要求，我们及时提供报价及预计交货时间。The customer provides quantity,purity and modification requirements, and we offer quotation and expected delivery time.

2. 双方签订多肽合成协议及必要时签订保密协议。The both side will sign a confidential agreement when necessary.

3. 订单完成并检验合格后，通知客户发货时间和运单号码。随货附上产品检测报告,HPLC,MS 等。We will inform the customer of delivery date and tracking no. in time after shipment is made. The COA, HPLC, MS will be send along with the package.

4. 客户在保存和使用多肽的过程中有任何问题，可以随时联系我们，我们将及时解答。The customers can contact us at any time if any questions about storing and using the peptide, we will offer solutions promptly.
